Step 1.

Use the Select Image(s) tool in the Basic Tools Pane to select the image.

Step 2.

Right click and select smart recolor

Step 3.

Select and a select just the region corresponding to the teeth

Step 4.

Select and select regions of color that are different than the teeth

Step 5.

Select Predict Unknown Region

Step 6.

Use recolor, keep, and predict to refine the region of changed / keep color. If the area is too difficult to adjust directly, try Removing Marks and then predict again.

Step 7.

There are two methods for whitening teeth, and which work better depends on the orinigal image. one option is to select Tint, select white color, and set it to lightest (as shown here). The other option is to select Keep Hue, and increase the lightness until you are satisfied with the new color.
